Garden Horizons Calculator | All Plants & Crops
The Garden Horizons Value Calculator estimates a plant’s sell value using community-tested formulas, including quadratic weight scaling ((weight ÷ baseWeight)²), ripeness, color variants, and stacked mutations. It’s a fan-made tool within the Grow a Garden calculator ecosystem, designed to give players accurate, in-game value predictions quickly.
How to Get Mutations
- Fog → Foggy
- Rain → Soaked / Flooded
- Snow → Chilled / Snowy / Frost bit
- Storm → Shocked
- Sandstorm → Sandy
- Starfall → Starstruck
- Admin: → Meteoric(10x),Banned(20x),Salad(20x)
- Use appraisal to get a random mutation!
Use appraisal to get a random mutation!
- Muddy (×5.0) = Sandy + Flooded (does not work with Soaked)
- Frostbit (×3.5) = Chilled + Snowy
- Mossy (×3.5) = Foggy + Chilled
How the Calculation Works
- Base sell: uses the plant’s sellUnripe at its baseWeight.
- Ripeness: Unripe ×1, Ripened ×2, Lush ×3
- Variant: None ×1, Silver ×2, Gold ×5
- Weight factor: (weight / baseWeight)²
- Mutations: additive stacking multiplier (see below)
Mutations (stacking rule)
Mutations stack as: mutationMultiplier = (Σ mutationMultipliers) − (count) + 1
Example: Two ×1.5 mutations → (1.5 + 1.5) − 2 + 1 = ×2.0
All Plants (Base Sell + Base Weight)
Base sell is the unripe sell value at the plant’s base weight. Heavier weights scale quadratically.

FAQs
No, this GAG Horizons calculator is not official. It’s fan-made and has no affiliation with Grow a Garden Horizons.
Plant weight matters because Garden Horizons calculates value using a quadratic formula: (weight / baseWeight)². This means the game squares the weight ratio, so value increases much faster than size. For example, doubling a plant’s weight results in about 4× higher sell value before other multipliers apply.
A plant shows “TBA” or fails to calculate when its core data like base weight or sell value is missing in the system. Without these values, the calculator has nothing to process, so it can’t generate a result. Once the data is added or updated, the calculation will work normally.
