In simple terms, Pet Mutations allow you to upgrade and evolve your pets using the Pet Mutation Machine. With each mutation, your pet can gain special powers, unique visuals, and permanent boosts that make them stronger and more effective in both battles and garden-based activities.

How to Use the Pet Mutation Machine

You’ll find the Pet Mutation Machine located near the Egg Shop which sells Pet Eggs and help increase pet slots. This is where all the magic happens! To start mutating your pet, you’ll need one of the following: 500,000,000 coins, a Golden Acorn, or Pet Mutation Shards. To qualify for mutation, a pet must be at level (age) 50 or higher.

Once you’ve paid the cost, choose a pet that is level (age) 50 or higher. Place it in the Mutation Machine to begin the mutation process.

Mutation Process

When you place an eligible pet in the Mutation Machine, it undergoes a 1-hour transformation to gain a permanent mutation and a special ability. After mutation, the pet’s age resets to level 1. Players can skip the waiting time instantly for 49 gems, or speed it up with the help of the Golem pet. Once a pet is placed inside the Mutation Machine, the process cannot be cancelled. Do Pet Mutations Stack?

Most mutations do not stack if you place an already mutated pet back in the Mutation Machine, the new mutation will replace the old one. However, there’s a rare exception: Natural Rainbow Mutations (earned from Rainbow Eggs or Chests) can stack with machine-based mutations. This means you can create exclusive combinations such as a Rainbow Dilophosaurus or an Ascended Rainbow Spinosaurus for even greater power.
